3. Add the appropriate
shipping amount based on the chart.
4. If you are a resident
of California, please add 7.25% sales tax to the total. If you
are a Sonoma County resident, please add 9% sales tax to your
order. And please do not forget to add $0.95/per item for handling.
5. Mail the printout
along with your payment to:

messages from customers who, when trying to use PayPal, have
been given outlandishly high totals that include sales tax, when
not applicable, and a high shipping rate, which is not what we
charge. We have attempted to fix this on numerous occasions but
have had difficulties doing so.
